Timothy "Tim" Eugene Spicer

Timothy “Tim” Eugene Spicer, 66 of Zanesville died at 7:08 AM Friday, April 16, 2021 at the Genesis Morrison House Hospice following a two-year courageous battle with lung cancer.
He was born September 8, 1954 in South Zanesville, Ohio the son of Clarence Spicer and Jane Valentine Spicer.
Tim had worked in the finance department in the banking business most of his life, having worked for Capital Bank and the Community Bank both in Crooksville. He enjoyed all types of sports especially the Ohio State Buckeyes & the Cleveland Browns. Tim also loved to travel and go to all types of sporting events.
He is survived by his wife, Karen Sue "Susie" Evans Spicer whom he married August 14, 1982; two sisters, Vickie (Bud) Ashton and Sally Labaki; several nieces & nephews; and his pet poodle "Willie". Tim was preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation will be held 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM Monday, April 19, 2021 with funeral service being held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, April 20, 2021 at the Bryan & Hardwick Funeral Home. Burial will conclude at the Zanesville Memorial Park Cemetery.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Animal Shelter Society.
